7 Day Lockdown Online Chakra Retreat
Join Sarah for a Yoga Retreat in the comfort of your own home. We will be diving deep in to breathwork, movement, meditation, inner enquiry and the 7 major chakras. Each day, through a carefully curated set of practices, we will explore and experience the chakras. One chakra each day. Chakras are a beautiful framework to find overall health, wellness and balance in all areas of your life.
Each day will include 2.5 hours of content including:
1 hour pre-recorded video morning practice
1 hour pre-recorded video evening practice
Journal prompts for inner enquiry
There is a 40 min chakra workshop video that can be done before you begin or on any day of the course.
To get started there is a live zoom session that runs every Monday morning at 8am AEST (additional times may be available to book in)
You will receive an online journal pdf with questions relating to each chakra. It can be edited/filled in on your device.
Access to our virtual yoga community in a positive and supportive facebook group.
Will I be able to self pace the classes?
Yes absolutely! The online content will be available for whenever you would like to do it. It will be up indefinitely.
When does it start?
All of your classes are there and available to do whenever you want. I suggest doing it over 7 days but you can spread it out or start at a later time that is totally fine too. The live session will run every Monday and is optional. It is beautiful to participate in the live session before you begin but not mandatory.

You have prior experience with chakra work but are wanting to connect more deeply at this time
You are interested in deepening your practice beyond just the physical aspects of yoga - movement practices will be for all levels but some prior attendance in a yoga class helpful (even a little)
