Hi I'm Sarah, I'll be guiding you through the next 5 days of breath 

exploration and expression.


Thank you for trusting me to hold space for you in this way, we all really need it right now! 

To begin please click on the first video below to watch the short intro video. Move through each practice each day - you are welcome to move through them quicker if you like. 

Once you have completed all tutorials you are ready to meet yourself on your mat every morning. A set sequence designed to energise, shift stagnation and move through your day with greater clarity.

Many studies show that it takes 21 days to create a new habit so stick to this every morning for at least the next 21 days.
