Start your day clear + energised + centred
Join Sarah for a 5 day Pranayama (breath) series. You will learn and experience various breath techniques that will then be woven in to a beautiful morning practice. A Sadhana is a spiritual practice that is taken everyday. A dedication and devotion to yourself and the vast life force energy (prana) that is in us and all around us.
Day 1 - 4 will include a 15minute practice where you will learn various pranayama (breath techniques) with a strong focus on experiencing the energy of each breath.
Day 5 we will weave all of the pranayama practices in to a
15 minute sequence that will become your ongoing morning practice for the following 21 days.
Studies show that it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
