About the Event
As we enter in to another round of stage 3 restrictions (lockdown) in Melbourne we have the opportunity and space for a do-over. Is there something you want to learn? Do you want to become a social warrior and spark change? Do you want to create something new?
Did you spend alot of iso on netflix?
Did you feel anxious alot of the time?
Did you feel you wasted most of your time?
Did you do alot of resting?
Whilst there is absolutely nothing wrong with experiencing or choosing any of the above (I well and truly fell apart during last lockdown) I feel we have the opportunity for a do-over. We have been gifted a second round, 6 more weeks of extra space. Even if you choose to rest and slow down for the next 6 weeks. My hope for you is that it is intentional. That it is present and purposeful. Enjoyable. If you have big dreams and aspirations for yourself and your life my hope is that you are able to utilise this next 6 weeks to create, learn and grow.
Join me on Friday morning for a 60 minute practice online. We will dive deep in to the heart and creative centre through a blissful meditation. We will then move through a carefully curated set of journal prompts to get you clear on what you most need and desire for yourself over the next 6 weeks (and beyond).
