Chanting is a Yoga practice that uses sound and the vibration of mantra to cultivate feelings of peace, love and connection (Bhakti Yoga). Kirtan community events have become very popular in Western Culture bridging the gap between East and West in the most beautiful way.
Join Sarah for a 2 hour practical immersion exploring chanting and meditation techniques. Experience the transformative power for healing, rejuvenation and emotional release.
There is absolutely no experience necessary in chanting or meditation. All experience levels welcome. No singing skills required!
